1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SlimUp Austin website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Texas to use our services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
SlimUp Austin connects users with licensed medical providers for weight management consultations. We do not manufacture medications. Prescriptions are subject to medical provider approval.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments for consultations and programs are due upon booking or subscription renewal.
- Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of medical services and products, tailored plans and medications are generally non-refundable once processed. Please contact support for specific issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlimUp Austin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
